A Message From Our Founder

"From the very beginning in 1978, it has been my mission to provide the vision, resources, and confidence necessary for the development of business opportunities for those willing to take the full measure of the challenge.  This approach has energized our Root Philosophy for over 40 years, and it has been our good fortune to have helped build a number of world-class businesses as vibrant resources for our clients, our community, our employees, our partners, our suppliers, our associates, our customers, our families, our friends, and ourselves.  

I have often said that one of my earliest influences was the sign-off on radio station WNAI 1230AM.  They would close every night with the valediction “Be big, be a builder!”  Add to that the constant urging of the Jesuits that “we are here to do more each and every day with the gift of life,” and you have the foundation of the core philosophy of Advantage Global Resources.  And AGR has responded well to its aspiration. 

Today, we support a variety of independently owned and operated businesses that have us uniquely positioned to continue on our journey as a builder.  We have always been a builder of dreams, a builder of families, a builder of friendships, a builder of careers, a builder of opportunities, and, frankly, AGR is poised to be a builder of almost anything we can imagine.  Nevertheless, if you want to build all that can be imagined, it does have a cost - and the real cost is paid in commitment, determination, courage, and effort.  For us, our pride and appreciation belong to those that have paid that price and then some.
